Let Hope Rise and Darkness Tremble

The Lord speaks to people in different ways. Music is one of the way he does that for me and lately it's through one song. When the Lord puts me on a new course or calls me to a new place, I always carry a verse and/or a song that speaks to the things he's promised for me in this new direction. In fact I find it crucial because there will ALWAYS come a time when doubt creeps in, when fear starts to paralyze, and you wonder to yourself, what did I just get myself into?

For those of you who've walked with me these last couple of years this song speaks to so much, and its really become my anthem as I prepare for my time in the Middle East, and I know it will be my anthem when I'm there. I don't want to just go and live a normal life, building relationships with women, surviving the craziness of living in the Middle East. The Lord has bigger plans...divine dreams, healing, freedom, justice, signs and wonders, his power on display....what an honor to even take part in such a small portion of these plans..all for his glory.
